IF-Master Exam for Immediate Loading
The International Implant Foundation is conducting a Curriculum for Immediate loading in dental implantology almost all over the world. This teaching program is designed for implantologists who want to learn about modern techniques and devices that work without bone-augmentations (Sinus-lifts, etc.) and without waiting time. The 1-year curriculum program, which takes place in different countries simultaneously, consists of four sessions of two days each. Between the sessions local coordinators help the participants in successfully treating their every day patient cases.

Abstract Introduction.Mandible reconstruction is still very challenging for surgeons. Mandible defects could be the consequence of ablative surgery for malignancies, huge jaw cysts, infection and trauma. Segmental resection of the mandible may compromise orofacial function and often leads to patients psy- chological disorders.

Während des Programms IF erwerben die Teilnehmer fachliche Kenntnisse und es werden Freundschaften geschlossen. Die Teilnehmer treffen sich im Laufe des Jahres mehrfach während der Kurse und tauschen untereinander und mit dem Referenten Meinungen zu spezifischen Patientenfällen aus.
